#50 The American Dream

#50 The American Dream

I don't keep track in the garage, so I was surprised when this design came up as the 50th piece of work made in this series.

Proudly display your patriotic spirit with this footed box, perfect for a mantle or low wall display. Go on, put it on a pedestal... Your government demands it!

Side door access.

#49 Flicker Finch

Flicker Finch

The facade may be crooked, but the interior space is not. The larger opening is perfect for wood peckers and finches. Porch wood facade, barn wood and fencing for the box. This big boy sheds paint chips in white and grey. Part of the charm. Hinged roof.

#48 Blue Bird House

No, no no. Not a bluebird house... a blue, bird house, made from blue things. While the paint may be chippy, the security system is always on the look out for predators. Dandelions make a wonderful accent when placed in the side planters.

SOLD!

#47 300 Deluxe

The chrome might be dull, but you can still ride in style in this vastly over sized home. With an oiled facade and burnt sidewalls, you only need to pop the hood to see what makes this baby purr (or retrieve a nest).

SOLD!

#42-46 Treasure Chests

Some of you (dirty minded folk) have said to me "I like a nice box" or "what if I want to stick something in there that's not a bird?"

First, get some help. Second, pick up one of my Treasure Chests. Some work great as planters, others are perfect for that ridiculous penny collection of yours. You could even use it as a speaker for your iPhondroid device. Really, its use is limited only by your imagination.

Some with handles, some without.
Some with lids, some without.

#41 Mid Cent Mod

Mid Cent Mod

I don't know if birds like windows, so I stuck with wood all around and just emphasized the lines.
Hinged back for access. Steel perch/pocket allows for floral arrangement.

#40 Cy

Cy, and his one eye.

As giants go, little has been written about the amiable nature of Cy. He spends his days looking out upon the world and quietly writing sonnets to his lost love, Jian

#39 The Wagendorf

Wagendorf

Airstream™ was taken, so I'm introducing a new kind of mobile home in the Wagendorf (also ™, ...maybe).

With its twisted copper handle beautifully sheathed in the color of the sky you can take your Wagendorf anywhere you want. And, nothing says 'bring on the babies' quite like a squeaky bed spring perch.

First in its class, expect to see many more of this design sporting the Wagendorf™ name.
Fully hinged back.

#36- 38 Skid Row

It all started with Section 8... My first bird house of the season. (it's been a while)

Don't let your friends sleep in the streets when they could be sleeping in ̶r̶̶u̶̶s̶̶t̶̶e̶̶d rustic style. Made primarily of pallet wood, and accented with whatever sharp, rejected objects I could find, these abodes truly are a dangerous neighborhood.

Find them at ComFest at the Recycled Style booth!
